Panoramic’s investment enabled the senior management team to acquire Plumbworld from listed builders merchant Grafton plc by way of management buy-out. The funding also provides additional working capital to support management’s ambitious growth strategy, including investment in marketing developing new product ranges and diversifying the customer base.
