Looking For Investment?

We are passionate about investing in UK SMEs. Having recently spent 15 months raising capital for our own fund we are aware of the difficulties in fundraising, especially in the current market and are therefore committed to an efficient but thorough investment process.

Our Approach

Our commitment to potential investee companies is to be open and honest to those who approach us for funding. Where investment proposals are not right for us, we will communicate this as clearly and proactively as possible. We aim to provide an initial view on a proposal within 10 business days.

When we do wish to proceed with an opportunity we will work closely with management in performing our initial due diligence, including several meetings. Once this work has been completed we will negotiate and agree a deal in principle. We expect our investment process to take between 1 and 3 months in total.
