Investment Partner

Stephen has worked in private equity and corporate finance for over 20 years both in the UK and the USA. Stephen qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PWC and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst. His experience in private equity spans many industry sectors and companies, from technology and healthcare to retail and business services. He is a keen runner and represented Scotland at schools level. Stephen is a graduate of Glasgow University.

Investment Partner

David has over 14 years investing and advising in private equity and corporate finance in the UK. He has invested capital into a wide range of businesses all with a strong focus on growth. David has worked closely with a range of SMEs to raise finance and in outsourcing financial disciplines, including the specification and implementation of key information systems. Prior to his career in finance, David also spent time teaching overseas and was closely involved in the implementation of the National Lottery in the mid-90's. He is a keen golfer and graduated from St Andrews University. He is also a Chartered Accountant having trained with Moore Stephens.  David is responsible for the London Office.

Investment Partner

Having initially pursued a career as a professional footballer with Aberdeen FC, Malcolm qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG. Malcolm has 5 years experience investing and advising in the private equity industry both in the UK and overseas. His experience covers a range of sectors and he has a specific interest in the energy and media sectors. Malcolm is a graduate of Aberdeen University and has studied the international private equity and venture capital market at Harvard Business School.

Senior Investment Manager

Jane has worked in private equity for the last ten years and set up the Cass Entrepreneurship Fund from a standing start in 2010.  Jane qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she spent five years, predominantly in transaction advisory and previously worked with the Business Growth Fund. She also holds a first class Business degree from the University of Edinburgh, and is a mentor for the Prince's Trust. Jane is based in Panoramic's London office.

Investment Analyst

Hazel joined Panoramic Growth Equity as an Investment Analyst in 2011, having previously qualified as a solicitor. She is a graduate of the University of Edinburgh and the University of Aberdeen and is currently studying for the Investment Management Certificate.
