Drew is an ex Finance Director of British Airways and CEO of Air Miles Plc. He was then instrumental in the set up of Paternoster Assurance where he held the role of Commercial Director.  He is currently chairman of Iris Nation, an integrated marketing business primarily based in London, which employs over 750 staff in a number of offices throughout the world.

Jim is an ex Scottish rugby internationalist and has worked with a number of international firms including Johnson & Johnson and Ernst & Young prior to setting up his own executive search business in 2005.  Jim has an extensive network throughout the UK and has worked with the PGE team in the past.

Tony built up his own company over 12 years prior to selling it to Kwik Fit PLC. He subsequently joined the Board of Kwik Fit and took on the role of Group Managing Director, overseeing turnover of £800m in 7 countries and managing the transition following the sale of the business to Ford.  He subsequently became CEO of City Holdings, managing its growth, before leaving to take up a number of non-executive and chairman positions in companies backed by banks and private equity investors.
